USER ELIGIBILITY

SCP Workshop requires users to be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in their country, for all interactions with the platform. We do not collect data from individuals under this age threshold.

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

• Age Requirement: You must be 16 or older to create an account. Minors under this age can have an account created by a guardian aged 18 or above, who will then be responsible for the minor’s activities on the platform.
   
• Account Benefits: Registered users can purchase products, access the job market, and apply or post jobs. Account creation is the first step toward becoming a vendor on SCP Workshop.
   
• User Responsibilities: Keep your contact information current and secure your account with strong passwords. VPN use to alter location is prohibited. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

PURCHASING

• Licenses: Purchases grant a non-exclusive license to use the vendor’s product, subject to a usage license. Prices may vary by location, inclusive of applicable taxes.
   
• Warranties: We curate products to ensure quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. Vendors are responsible for ensuring their products match their descriptions, are lawful, virus-free, functional, and their own original work.

SUPPORT

Support availability varies by product and is at the vendor’s discretion. Vendors can adjust support options, but purchased products are expected to function as advertised upon sale.

REFUND

Refunds align with our Refund Policy and the product’s usage license. Disputes or chargebacks without prior contact may result in account suspension.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

We respect IP rights and only own content we create, like the SCP Workshop branding. We do not own products sold by vendors. Report IP infringements to contact@scp.gg.
