This backrooms schematic may seem a lot simpler than some others on the market, However it makes up for its simplier design by introducing its own unique rooms and optimisation, Tested with 40 Players this map is able to hold strong with its compatability with servers, Outside of its superior frame rate it boasts the ability to support a ton of different gamemodes, Its design and extra rooms allow for pretty much anything to happen, Allowing you to get the most for your money with this build.

It includes rooms from light that add a whole new element of gameplay, Rooms that can be used for SCP or human spawns, Vending machines for you to modify (plugin not included) and so many more other features.

The average recorded frame rate during the 40 player test was 70 - 60 Fps, It also had very little impact on server performance, Making it perfect for lower end servers to run.
